Outstanding customer service, from everyone including the receptionist/coordinator, technicians and the manager. The techs have excellent communications and diagnostic skills, and are highly collaborative. They were able to diagnose the problem that, even though I have some plumbing experience, would never have been able to do so myself.

Very happy with the time spent troubleshooting and also providing multiple estimates and options for repairs. It also took less than an hour for arrival from initial phone call. Garret went above and beyond with his repairs and his communication throughout the process was very professional!

We had a notice about maybe a leak in our water system from Saanich. So we called you sent Antoine over he was clean Quick and explained after checking all our systems the leak was a faulty plunger in the toilet. So he had the part and fixed it very quick and left the bathroom all clean so impressed we became members of the Super Plumber customer community!!!
